What do we need to carry out an order?
As many available documents as possible, mainly:
- the registration certificate or any other certificate of registration of the vehicle or a document of export
- invoice or contract of sale
- MOT certificate of the vehicle / technical inspection booklet
Copies are good enough (legible of course), we need to know if you have the originals though.
We can also help you in cases where no documents are available, these cases take more time though.

- we render consulting services on foreign vehicle documentation (registration certificates, invoices of sale) with the aim of establishing their authenticity;
- we determine whether a vehicle is searched as stolen abroad;
- we get technical information from vehicle manufacturers, specifically on:
- chassis (VIN) and engine number
- year of production, equipment and body colour
- date of sale and first destination country
- numbers of vehicle components (gearbox, airbags, etc.).
- we carry out training courses on imported vehicle documentation.

Insurance and Leasing companies, Banks
To order of insurance companies we
- render consulting services on foreign vehicle documentation (registration certificates, invoices of sale) with the aim of establishing their authenticity;
- we determine whether a vehicle is searched as stolen abroad;
- we establish the technical state of an imported vehicle with the aim of collecting information on:
- former losses and their extent (partial or total)
- the amount of a paid compensation
- we get technical information from vehicle manufacturers, specifically on:
- chassis (VIN) and engine number
- year of production, equipment and body colour
- date of sale and first destination country
- numbers of vehicle components (gearbox, airbags, etc.).
Depending on the needs of the insurer we can supply engineer reports (expertises), repair cost calculation and photographic material (in print or digital form).
To order of leasing companies and banks we
- organise repatriation of vehicles that have been lost and found abroad
- check the origin of imported vehicles that are subject of leasing or bank credit.
